At Heppy Pets, we ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely. Read more about our delivery options and delivery times below.
1. Delivery times
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are often processed the same day. During peak periods or for special products, delivery times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping costs
- Within the Netherlands : Free shipping on all orders over €40.
- Outside the Netherlands : Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the country of delivery.
3. Delivery partners
Heppy Pets works with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package.
4. Change delivery address
Would you like to change your delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@heppypets.nl . If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to change the address for you.
5. Package not received
Didn't receive your order within the expected delivery time? Please contact our customer service at info@heppypets.nl , and we'll check your package's whereabouts right away.
